Sally Hale, MA, LMHC

Do you have low energy but you're not sure why? Do you live in a constant state of worry? Or perhaps you make goals for yourself but have difficulty reaching them. Maybe relationship issues? You want to solve these problems and to feel better, but it seems like nothing that you try works, at least not for long. I want to help. Together we will work to find what is blocking your success and find new strategies that work for you. You may be dealing with an undiagnosed mental health issue, or unrealized internal conflicts that need to be resolved. Uncovering these things take the help of a mental health professional.

I can help. I am friendly, encouraging, and put people at ease. I work heavily from a psychodynamic perspective (basically getting to the root of the problem, which often stems from family of origin problems or trauma). For clients who wish to, I include art therapy techniques as they often reveal things that talk therapy alone does not.

I specialize in helping clients to uncover what is blocking them from feeling better, to resolve inner conflicts, reach their goals, and create healthier relationships. I would be honored to assist you in making steps towards a healthier and more whole you.
